No more boring breakfast! The delicious flavor and chew of Pretzilla Bagels make a perfect pairing with creamy herbed yogurt, rich avocado, and a drizzle of heat. An absolute win for breakfast, brunch, or snack time!
Ingredients
1/2 cup (120 g) full fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon (4 g) finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon (3 g) chopped cilantro
Pinch salt
2 small avocadoes, halved, peeled, pitted
4 PRETZILLA® Soft Pretzel Bagels, toasted
2 teaspoons Chili Crisp or more to taste
Preparation
1 – To prepare yogurt spread, combine yogurt, chives, cilantro, and salt in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 20 minutes for flavors to meld. Spread can be held, covered and chilled, up to two days.
2 – Working with one avocado half at a time, place cut side down on a cutting board or work surface. Slice each lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
3 – Spread Herbed Yogurt Spread over bottom halves of each bagel; top evenly with avocado slices. Drizzle each bagel half with ½ teaspoon Chili Crisp or more to taste, crown with bagel tops. Serve immediately.
