ALLERGENS
We are a peanut and tree nut free facility. However we do have wheat in our soft pretzels as well as mustard and dairy within the dipping sauces & filled bite product lines. (Sorry, we are not gluten free).
We have strict systems in place for assessing allergens through HACCP and the FDA’s preventive control program.
All allergen components are segregated from other materials. We manage our production runs by allergen or non-allergen.
We validate washouts after we run an allergen & localize our allergen production to one area of the plant to avoid cross-contamination.

Our PRETZILLA® core pretzel bread products are all NON-GMO Project Verified.
Our filled pretzel bites & dipping sauces may contain GMO.

VEGAN
Vegan friends, we’ve got you covered! We partnered with Vegan Action to certify that our PRETZILLA® core soft pretzel bread products do not include animal products of any kind.
Our vegan products carry the ‘V-Label’ which is registered both internationally and in the US. This excludes the filled pretzel bites & dipping sauces.

KOSHER
Our PRETZILLA® core pretzel bread products are certified Kosher by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. These products are pareve, meaning they do not contain any meat or dairy.
In addition, our Kosher products are pas yisroel. Kosher is not applicable to the filled pretzel bites & dipping sauces.
