This delicious twist on the classic monkey bread brings Pretzilla Bites together with Italian sausage, pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, sautéed mushrooms, sliced bell peppers and a tangy marinara sauce. Top it off with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
Preheat oven to 350°F and set rack to the middle position.
Prepare a 4 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray and arrange a layer of 12 Pretzilla Bites on the bottom of the dish.
Combine remaining Pretzilla Bites with sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, peppers, marinara sauce, and 1-1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese and mix well.
Add the mixture to the casserole dish in a layer covering the bottom layer.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the dish with a lid or greased aluminum foil, ensuring foil does not touch topping and bake 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more or until cheese is golden brown.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
