Impressive (yet convenient) appetizers sure to satisfy a crowd.
Cut bites and meatballs in half horizontally. Cut each cheese slice into 9 small squares.
For each mini cheeseburger bite, thread a bite bottom, cheese, meatball half, pickle, cheese, and bite top on skewer.
Tear off six long sheets (18" x 12") of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place six cheeseburger bites in the center of each piece of foil. Bring the short ends of the foil together over center: fold loosely to seal. Fold in open ends to seal.
Heat grill to medium. Place packets on grid; grill 6 to 8 minutes until heated through, turning packets over halfway through cooking time. Serve with your favorite sauces, like ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce.
Can also prepare in the oven: Heat oven to 350°F. Place skewered cheeseburger bites in 13" x 9" glass baking dish. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until heated through.
