How to Pretzilla

Freezing.png

Handling

Enjoy within 48 hours of purchase or freeze for up to 5 months. To thaw, let stand, unopened, at room temperature for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. We don't recommend refrigerating as it can dry out Pretzilla.

Warming.png

Warming

Heat on a baking sheet for 3 minutes at 325°F. If buns and bites are frozen, thaw before warming.

Toasting.png

Toasting

In a broiler: Place buns cut side up on a baking sheet. Toast 3 to 4 in. from heat for 45 to 60 seconds. 

On a stovetop: Place buns in a skillet, cut sides down. Toast over medium heat for 45 to 60 seconds.

On a grill: Place buns on grid, cut sides down. Toast on medium heat with lid closed for 30 to 60 seconds.

Salting_Rev.png

Salting

Lightly moisten with water. Sprinkle immediately with enclosed pretzel salt. If warming in the oven, add salt before heating.
